Terms & Conditions

All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable booking deposit of 50% of the total hire fee.

Bookings are accepted via WhatsApp or email. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Subha Sanskar Decor.

By making a booking you agree to all terms and conditions outlined on this page.

Subha Sanskar Decor reserves the right to refuse any booking at its sole discretion.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date.

The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full at least 7 days prior to the event date.

Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of the deposit.

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.

Payment can be made via bank transfer (BSB/Account details provided upon booking) or other agreed payment methods.

Subha Sanskar Decor does not accept cash payments on the day of delivery unless agreed in writing in advance.

The 50% booking deposit is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before the event, any amount paid above the deposit will be refunded in full.

If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before the event, 25% of the total hire fee will be refunded.

No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date.

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 14 days in advance and are subject to availability. One complimentary reschedule is permitted. Subsequent reschedules may incur an administration fee of $25.

Subha Sanskar Decor reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, emergency, extreme weather). In such cases, a full refund of all payments made will be provided.

Delivery and setup are included within the greater Sydney metropolitan area. Additional travel fees may apply for locations beyond 50 km from Sydney CBD — this will be communicated at the time of quoting.

You are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to the venue for delivery and collection.

Setup will be completed within the agreed timeframe. The client must ensure the venue is accessible and ready at the agreed time.

All hired items remain the property of Subha Sanskar Decor at all times.

Collection will be arranged at the end of the hire period as agreed at booking. Any delay in collection access caused by the client may incur an additional late collection fee.

The client is responsible for all hired items from the time of delivery until the time of collection.

Any items that are damaged, broken, stained, or lost during the hire period will be charged to the client at full replacement cost.

A damage/security bond may be required for certain packages and will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. The bond will be refunded within 5 business days of collection, provided all items are returned in their original condition.

Subha Sanskar Decor will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damage to property that occur during the hire period.

The client is responsible for ensuring that all decorations are used safely and are not modified, relocated without consent, or used in any way other than their intended purpose.

Subha Sanskar Decor does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

All hired items must be treated with care and returned in the same condition as delivered.

Candles, diyas, or open flames must not be left unattended at any time.

Hired items must not be used outdoors unless this has been explicitly agreed in writing.

Subha Sanskar Decor is not responsible for any items left at the venue after collection.

Please ensure all children are supervised around ceremony props and fragile items.

Subha Sanskar Decor reserves the right to photograph or record any setups for marketing and portfolio purposes unless the client expressly objects in writing prior to the event.

By booking with us you consent to photos of the decoration setup (not of guests) being used on our website, social media, and promotional materials.

If you do not wish for your setup to be photographed, please notify us in writing at least 7 days before your event.

Package upgrades requested more than 14 days before the event are subject to availability and will be quoted accordingly.

Downgrade requests to a lower package are treated as a partial cancellation. Any price difference will not be refunded.

Subha Sanskar Decor reserves the right to substitute items within a package with items of equal or greater value if the original items become unavailable, provided the client is notified in advance.

Subha Sanskar Decor has a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behaviour toward our team members.

Any behaviour deemed abusive or threatening will result in immediate cancellation of services without refund.

We reserve the right to remove our team and equipment from any venue where the safety or wellbeing of our staff is at risk.

Personal information collected at the time of booking (name, phone number, address, email) is used solely for the purpose of providing our services.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

By booking with Subha Sanskar Decor you consent to receiving service-related communications (booking confirmations, reminders, invoices) via WhatsApp, email or SMS.

You may opt out of any non-essential communications at any time by notifying us.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Subha Sanskar Decor reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
